should I get a mercedes clk convertible or a 328i sedan?

I really can’t decide between the two.. The mercedes is a 2007 and has 56,000 miles on it and the bmw is a 2009 with 8,800 miles on it . Which car would you go with , which is more reliable and be would be better in the long run?
